1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp. vinegar
16 franks
1 cup diced celery
2 cans condensed tomato soup
2 tsp. oregano
1 cup water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hot dog buns
Sauté onion and celery; add rest of ingredients except hot dogs and buns. Simmer 10 minutes. Score franks; place in sauce; cover and simmer for at least 15 minutes. Toast buns. Then top with save and a frank for each.
