"Golden" Pancakes

High protein, and somehow these aren't disgusting. Seriously. They're really good.

"GOLDEN" PANCAKES

1 cup whole grain oats
6 egg whites
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 packs Splenda

In blender combing oats, egg whites, cottage cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar substitute. Blend on medium until smooth. (1 min). Cook on griddle.
